What are my payment options?

We'll take your order any hour, any day.

Canadian Customers:

OPTION 1) PAY WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE. We ship everything by Canada Post. If not delivered directly to you, your local Canada Post retail office will notify you when your package is ready for pick-up. Upon pick-up, for C.O.D. packages, you simply pay the total amount owing in cash (or other form of payment depending upon the payment facilities of your local post office). Canada Post then forwards your payment in the form of a "Postal Money Order" to us.

OPTION 2) PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. We are set up to accept VISA and MASTERCARD only.

OPTION 3) PAY TO OUR ACCOUNT at www.paypal.com. Do not pay until we review your order and confirm by email the total, followed by instructions.

U.S. Customers:

We ship all U.S. orders by USA Expedited or Xpresspost. We prefer PayPal payments from U.S. customers.

How much is shipping and handling?

For C.O.D. orders (Canada only): we save you money by absorbing the $7 Collect On Delivery fee!

View your shipping costs:
To review the total cost, including shipping/handling and taxes, simply add your purchase(s) to the shopping cart and check out. You are not committed to the purchase at this point. You will be able to choose a method of shipping. Shipping fees are dependent on the size and weight of all the items you've purchased, and the distance from our warehouse in Southern Ontario. These fees will be calculated automatically. Once you have reviewed the invoice, simply submit your order.

Don't worry, if you've submitted your order but want to change your mind, just e-mail us and we will cancel or revise your order.


How do I return something?

We have a no-risk return policy that saves you return postage costs (not applicable to U.S. and international customers). Return your goods to Canada Post in its original packaging including the original invoice and simply mark "Return to Sender" (or use the "Return to Sender" label on the invoice). We will cover the postage. We promptly exchange or refund any unused item that does not satisfy you. We do not offer refunds on your first shipping charge.


Why don't you have a customer service phone number?

We are a small on-line company. We will try our very best to answer all your inquiries promptly by e-mail. For what we lack in "live-body" assistance we hope we can make up for in our friendly and efficient on-line customer service. Thank you for your understanding.
